Just another Monday night? Nope - it happens to be a night that marked the beginning of the entire FRENCH REVOLUTION, BABY! Death to absolute power and long live liberty, equality, and fraternity.
To celebrate, we shall rotisserie. They say once you go rotisserie, you never go back. It just so happens I’m a little bit obsessed with cooking birds slowly over fire. Who knew!? So once again, we invite you to gather around the hearth at Light Sleeper for our “Poulet Frites” event.
If you reserve your bird here you’ll secure your half rotisserie chicken that cooks over applewood for two hours, a reduced chicken demi glace with chives and tarragon, some hand cut french fries, and a cup of garlicky aioli. There will also be some add on bits too - check em out below! You don’t have to buy it all here, you can just walk on in too.
There is no timed reservation. Your bird will be waiting for you. Just show up and tell us the name on the preorder. We gotchu.
Light Sleeper with have tons of delicious libations ready to whet your whistle, so come thirsty.
