Enjoy a Vashon Island Summer!

Camping under madrone trees, night kayaking, searching for bioluminescence, lunch on a farm, cider tasting, farm stand hopping, juicy fruit, backyard suppers, guided hiking, chef-prepared dinners, beach picnics, beautiful vistas, Mount Rainier, prepared breakfast, lawn games, flower farms, and lots and lots of beaches.

Does this sound like summer camp? We couldn’t help but notice the similarities…I mean, we’ll be walking distance from the beach, soo….

Our campground is on private land surrounded by madrone trees. There is an outdoor shower, composting toilet, cedar sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, happy chickens and a gentle farm dog, all walking distance from the beach.
Need a tent? We have 2 person a-frame tents for you to rent for $50
Need a ride from the ferry? We’ll pick ya up!
We kept the price low to get all the campers and kayakers we can for this festive weekend. Let’s party.

    $100 non-refundable deposit.
    $350 paid via invoice through Square.

  • Camping -
    We have secured a private location to group camp amongst a madrone tree grove.
    A private, warm outdoor shower and toilet are available. A sauna and cold plunge are also available for use. We will be walking distance from KVI Beach.

    Please note this lodging options also houses a wonderful, gentle unleashed dog and several goofy chickens.

    Need a tent? We have awesome a-frame tents for two that you may rent for the weekend.
    Want to car camp? Let us know.

  • All Meals -
    Friday welcome dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday farm lunch, Cider tasting, Saturday farm stand dinner. Sunday breakfast, Sunday lunch at KVI Beach.

    Kayaking -
    Night kayaking complete with double kayak, PFD, and knowledgeable guides. Gear list/clothing list provided after sign up.

    Camping -
    Two nights of unique camping amongst Madrone trees with outdoor shower and toilet.

    Carpool Transportation if needed.

  • Ferry Cost -
    Whether you drive on or walk on, you’ll need to pay your individual fee across the Sound.

    Alcoholic Beverages -
    Please BYOB. We’ll have water and n/a beverages in a cooler all weekend.

    Camping Gear -
    We can rent out a 2 person a-frame tent and lantern for $50, but please bring everything else you might need. Let us know ASAP if you need assistance.

3:00-7:00pm - Check in and set up your tent anytime
7:00pm - Welcome Dinner in the Madrone Trees
After dinner beach walk if desired

Saturday -
8:30 - 9:30am - Breakfast buffet
10:00am - Farmers Market and Farm Stand Tour
12:30pm - Lunch on the Farm and Farm Tour
2:00pm - Guided hiking with views
4:00pm - Free Time
5:30pm - 6:30pm - Farmers Market Dinner in the Madrone Trees
7:00pm - 10pm - Night Kayaking: The Search for Bioluminescence
Late night snacks and fire pit

Sunday -
8:30am - 9:30am - Breakfast buffet
10am - Free time or Island Center Forest Walk
12:00pm - Lunch picnic at KVI Beach
1:30pm - Cider Tasting and tour
Take down tents and say goodbyes.
