Summer Farm Dinner at Ecolibrium Farms

The Nudge event will run from 5-8pm with the dinner bell ringing at 6:30pm! Enjoy lawn games, a farm tour, music, meeting other Nudge locals, beverages for purchase thanks to Imperfetta Wine Bar, and our family-style farm dinner.
Please carpool/uber if at all possible to help keep our parking manageable. Beverages available for purchase on-site from Imperfetta Wine Shop. Water will be provided. The farm toilets are port-a-jon’s and not far from the main event.

Smoked eggplant with cucumber salsa and sourdough
Grilled Ecolibrium zucchini with chicken broth beans, basil, brown butter, olives, and lemon.
Green salad from Ecolibrium with ginger dressing, beets and shaved farm vegetables
Windward ‘s famous chicken with smoked potato sauce, caramelized lemons, and creme fraiche
