WARM LOVE / FIRE FOOD
What a year it has been already. We started with a pandemic, then participated in nationwide social protests, endured wildfires and smoke, and are now looking ahead to not only a rocky political and economic future, but lots and lots of rain. It’s no surprise that Seattle’s winter will be drizzly and gray, and I know most of us feel its a terrible way to end 2020.
Warm Love / Fire Food is a monthly pop up meant to be a giant f*** you to 2020. Sit around three makeshift fire pits, under a tarp, on a stump, over a table made of reclaimed wood. Eat food cooked over fire, and drink hot tea as you listen to the wood crackle. Don’t let the rainy season get the best of you, come join me and fill your heart with some warm love and your belly with fire food. Reservations open once a date and location are set and will remain open until all the stumps are filled. Hope to see you soon, and hey, keep your chin up.
